- 40% of the total rental price must be paid when you make your reservation. We ask for you to do a transfer to our bank account and to send the transfer slip by email as soon as possible as confirmation.
- The rest of the payment must be done at the latest 8 weeks before your arrival at the accommodation, again please send the transfer slip by email as soon as possible as confirmation. If the balance is not paid at this time we reserve the right to terminate the contract between us and retain the full amount of the deposit.
- If your reservation is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival at the accommodation, full payment will be required.
- Cancellations (please take note of the following charges):
- From the moment of your reservation until 60 days before your arrival al the accommodation you will be charged 40% of the total price.
- From the moment of your reservation but within 60 days of your arrival at the accommodation you will be charged 100% of the total price.
- The contract is valid from 15:00 hrs on your arrival day at the accommodation until 10:00 hrs on the day of vacating the property.
- The properties are equipped, beach towels, with linen, towels, kitchen items, SAT TV, DVD and other items.
- Satellite TV with English channels may be available but not guaranteed.
- Maid service once a week.
